We are looking for a detail-oriented Welder I to cut and join metals and other materials at our facilities. In this role, you will primarily utilize MIG welding techniques to assemble mechanical structures and pump packages with precision. This position is ideal for someone with a steady hand who is looking to grow their fabrication career in a high-quality manufacturing environment.

You will report to the Production Manager.

This is a full-time position located in Vancouver, Washington.

This is a physically demanding role in a manufacturing setting. Employees must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and safely move up to 50 pounds. This role requires prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete shop floors.

Employees are constantly required to use hands for manual dexterity and fine manipulation while welding, and frequently reach with hands and arms. The role occasionally requires kneeling, stooping, or crouching. Close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception are strictly required for high-heat welding and navigating a shop floor with active mobile equipment. To ensure safety, employees must be able to recognize and respond to auditory warnings, such as forklift horns and shop alarms.

While working in the factory, employees will regularly work near moving mechanical parts, high-heat equipment, and active forklifts. Exposure to fumes, sparks, and moderate to loud noise levels is expected. The use of standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including welding helmets and safety-toed boots, is strictly required at all times.
