Job Summary:

Lake Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading our nursing staff to achieve exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in the development of the center's budget and ensure effective resource allocation
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Develop and implement educational programs and training sessions for the Nursing staff
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
