About the Director of Maintenance Role:

As the Director of Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff in maintaining the physical plant and equipment of our center. You will be a certified expert in building maintenance, with a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Director of Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices

• Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and supplies
