About the Role

As a Nursing Home Administrator (HFA, LNHA), you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our nursing home. Your primary duties will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote quality care and resident satisfaction

• Coordinating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to our residents

• Fostering a positive and respectful work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention

• Managing budgets and financial resources to ensure the financial stability of the facility

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or Bachelor's degree in a related field with a degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration)

• Current LNHA certification

• HFA certification preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care administration

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
