Responsibilities
- Operate radiology X-ray and computed tomography (CT) equipment, ensuring proper function and image quality
- Perform at least two imaging modalities regularly as part of routine workflow
- Adhere to imaging protocols, radiation safety standards, and ALARA principles to protect patients and staff
- Position patients, select appropriate equipment, and ensure correct exposure factors for quality studies
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other clinical teams to support department objectives and patient care goals
- Document procedures, manage documentation accurately, and maintain clean, organized workups and patient records

Requirements
- Education: Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Experience: Relevant radiology imaging experience with exposure to multiple modalities; multimodality experience preferred
- Licensure/Certification: Licensure and certification requirements per applicable state regulations; see job notes for specifics
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a hospital environment
- Strong patient care, safety focus, and teamwork skills
