Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, staff development, and facility operations

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and open communication

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to improve patient care

• Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect among all team members

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina
