Manufacturing Assembly Technician -- East Liberty

Imagine Your First Week

You arrive at our East Liberty, OH facility ready to start something new. After a warm welcome, you step into hands-on training that shows you how our assembly and production lines run—and how material flows with forklifts and tuggers. You don’t need prior experience. We’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

• Support assembly and production tasks on the manufacturing floor
• Learn safe material movement; forklift and tugger training is provided
• Follow standardized work with attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with teammates to meet goals and maintain quality

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay: $20.05/hour plus BONUS, with an increase at 90 days
• Weekly pay; earn $800+ per week
• Immediate start available
• Both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities are available

What You Bring

• Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate approach to work
• Ability to lift 5–40 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours
• Good communication skills and a strong team mindset

Will Train! No experience required! Forklift and Tugger training provided.

Assembly and Production Associates are needed at our East Liberty manufacturing operation.
