In this active, high-service delivery role, you will operate late-model refrigerated commercial vehicles on dedicated local and regional routes—delivering fresh dairy products directly to neighborhood schools, restaurants, grocery retailers, and regional institutions across Gig Harbor, SeaTac, and surrounding communities. Starting early at 3:30 AM, you will glide through morning traffic, hit your stops cleanly, and finish your day early. If you bring a valid Class A CDL, solid physical stamina for hands-on unloading, and pride in customer-first service, let's get you behind the wheel!

Description for CDL A Delivery Driver:

• Safely operate modern, well-maintained commercial delivery trucks and equipment on established local and regional routes.
• Execute scheduled route deliveries to commercial accounts, school districts, culinary kitchens, and regional institutions throughout Gig Harbor, SeaTac, and surrounding areas.
• Physically offload, hand-truck, stage, and rotate dairy crates and temperature-controlled products at each delivery stop.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper delivery manifests, Bills of Lading (BOLs), customer sign-offs, and payment collections when required.
• Perform comprehensive DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Maintain continuous, proactive radio and digital communication with dispatch regarding route timing, dock access, and delivery updates.
• Deliver polished, professional customer service at every stop, building strong relationships with local institutional receivers.
• Strictly comply with all Federal and State DOT regulations, food safety cold-chain standards, and company safety procedures.

Details for CDL A Delivery Driver:

• Pay Rate: $26.00 / hour.
• Schedule: 4x10 Workweek (4 Days on / 3 Days OFF!) — Rotating Monday through Friday schedule (days rotate every few weeks).
• Shift Hours: Early morning 3:30 AM start time — Beat Puget Sound commute traffic and enjoy early afternoon wrap-ups!
• Route & Home Time: 100% Local established routes — Home every single day!
• Location: Olympia, WA dispatch depot (delivering to Pierce, King, and Kitsap County accounts).
• Position Type: Full-Time, long-term career opportunity.

Requirements for CDL A Delivery Driver:

• Licensing: Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL) with a clean, insurable driving record (MVR).
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Hands-on delivery role requiring frequent, repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and unloading of dairy crates (up to 50+ lbs) with hand trucks throughout the shift.
• Proven ability to safely maneuver commercial vehicles in tight commercial docks, school zones, and urban delivery bays.
• Exceptional morning reliability, early-call punctuality, and self-directed work ethic.
• Positive, customer-service-driven attitude and professional communication skills.
• Strict adherence to FMCSA/DOT regulations, pre-trip protocols, and food-grade cold-chain handling.
