About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing vital signs and other essential care. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to licensed nursing staff

• Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document patient care and treatment in accordance with facility policies and procedures
