About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist at Rolling Hills, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, from those who require short-term rehabilitation to those who require long-term care. Your expertise and dedication will help our residents achieve their physical therapy goals, regain independence, and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized physical therapy programs for residents

• Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify areas of concern and develop treatment plans

• Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident

• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure collaborative care

• Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with industry standards

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Kansas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
