What Sets Our Sales Inspectors/Estimators Apart:

Expertise in Action: Become a sales expert, following up on termite and pest control opportunities promptly, recommending effective courses of action, providing estimates for treatment, fumigation, and/or proposing repair costs as necessary.

Adaptability: Demonstrate a quick learning ability to ensure scheduled production is completed by technicians at the highest standards.

Requirements:

As a Sales Inspector/estimator, you'll be performing thorough inspections, including attics and crawl spaces. You'll not only solve problems but also build trusted relationships with customers and real estate agents.

Here's what we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of termite and pest control industry sales experience
• Mandatory SPCB Branch 3 license
• Experience with in-home sales
• Demonstrate strong follow-up with clients about estimates
• Valid driver's license with a good DMV record
• Professional manner and appearance
• Adequate computer/technology skills
• Ability to accurately estimate material costs + man-hours to complete a job

Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required

This is a commission-based sales job.
