Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to watch my 11-month-old daughter MondayThursday from 8:30 AM5:00 p.m. while I work from home. Shes a sweet, active little girl, so Im looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and genuinely good with babies. Duties would mainly include feeding her, diaper changes, playtime/activities, putting her down for naps, and keeping her area tidy throughout the day. Ill be home working, but I need someone who can fully care for her during my work hours so I can focus. Preferably someone with infant experience and references.
