About Monster Logistics

We’re a local FedEx Ground contractor focused on safety, reliability, respect, and great service. Our drivers report to 1000 North Park View Circle, Mosinee, WI 54455.

Pay & Benefits

• $180/day + $1,000 bonus

• Paid training + weekly pay

• $250 after training, $250 at 60 days, $500 at 6 months

• $1 per stop over 150

• Company vehicle and uniform provided

• Aflac health & dental options

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time, 5 days/week

• Saturday required

• Start at 8:00 AM

• Home every day

• Average 130–150 stops/day

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle

• Load, scan and deliver packages

• Use GPS and a handheld device

• Complete pre/post-trip inspections

• Handle packages up to 150 lbs.

✅ What You Need

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license

• Clean MVR

• Reliable and safety-focused

• Driving, courier, package delivery or manual-labor experience is helpful

• Must be willing to submit to an MVR, background check, drug test and DOT physical; employer paid

• Must work in all weather conditions
