Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the banking or financial services domain and be comfortable developing scalable Salesforce solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience inSalesforce Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Experience with Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Asynchronous Apex
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Experience with Git and CI/CD
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio
• Experience with DevOps Center / Copado / Gearset
• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture / Platform Events
• Experience with Data Loader and Salesforce migration tools
• Experience with AI/Einstein features in Salesforce
• Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and other development teams.
• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
