Position Summary: 

We're looking for a CSSR (Customer Service and Sales Representative) who treats a route as a book of business to grow. You'll own the relationships with the customers on your route: getting to know their businesses, anticipating their needs, and solving problems before they become concerns. By earning their trust, you'll keep customers for the long haul and grow your accounts by recommending the right products and services, all while working safely.

Compensation:

• Training Period: $750 weekly salary (typically 6 weeks).
• Post-Training: Commission-based pay structure, with earning potential up to (but not limited to) $65,000 annually.
• Additional Incentives: Commission-based bonus program.

Job responsibilities include:

• Build lasting, trusted relationships with every customer on your route. You are the face of Servall.
• Retain and grow your accounts by learning each customer's business and recommending solutions that fit their need
• Proactively resolve concerns and follow up on changes so every customer feels taken care of.
• Deliver clean textile products accurately and completely and perform product inspections to uphold our quality standard
• Work safely at all times, on the road and at every stop, following Servall's safety practices.
• Identify opportunities to bring new customers to Servall.

The CSSR may also be assigned other duties or be required to fill in other job positions as needed.

Requirements and essential job functions include:

• Present a professional, positive appearance.
• Must be 21 (required for auto insurance).
• Maintain a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Moderate to heavy lifting, not more than 100 pounds.
• Work in all weather conditions.

Paid training is provided in customer relationship building, providing new product/service solutions, safe driving practices, delivery and quality standards, among others.

General work hours are Monday through Friday. 

Job qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, account management, hospitality, or retail helpful. We value people skills and a problem-solving mindset as much as driving experience.
