What You'll Do

• Give apartment tours that showcase the community's best features
• Pursue leads, secure leases, and help drive occupancy
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements accurately
• Conduct move-in inspections and welcome new residents
• Plan and support resident events and promotions
• Track market trends and competitor properties to sharpen leasing
• Keep accurate leasing records and support daily office functions
