Babysitter - Now Hiring

We need someone with flexible hours and someone that can be available for sudden help at times. Our baby (well toddler now I suppose) will need child care for when my schedule and my wifes schedule overlap. This could mean a few overnights here and there, and then some early morning and late nights. We both work 12 hour shifts, hers are 7am-7 p.m. mainly and then some nights 7pm-7 a.m. My shifts are all 9pm-9 a.m. Factor in our commutes and it creates quite the scheduling conflict. Our babys ideal day includes snacking, reading books, playing inside and outside (weather dependent), and taking two naps a day typically. Bedtime is about 7:45 p.m. and wake up is around 7:15 a.m.
