Job Type: Part-Time | 21 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday (3 PM - 6 PM) | Every Other Saturday (9 AM - 3 PM)

Avail Health & Behavioral Solutions, LLC is seeking a Direct Care Provider to join our registry network as an independent contractor. In this role, you will provide one-on-one home and community support for a young adult male in is 20s on the autism spectrum. Routine care includes toileting reminders, assistance with fine motor skills, light meal-prep/cooking, and community engagement such as going to the park or beach. This is a great opportunity for experienced caregivers or special needs teachers looking to expand their current case load or pick up extra hours.

**Bonus Hours** If you would like extra hours, we also have an adult male client in his 30s on the autism spectrum, in need of companion support. This would be up to 8 extra hours per week (days and times flexible), and can include fun activities like bowling, painting/crafts, art museums, going out to eat, going to the movies, etc. This client is also in Panama City Beach, and is only 10 minutes away from the other client.

Services are typically funded by Medicaid, private insurance, or the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD).
