Warehouse Order Picker

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm-Pay $17.25

2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm Pay $19.25

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Reach /Cherry to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating cherry pickers and other heavy equipment to efficiently pick, load, and unload products within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your expertise will ensure accurate order fulfillment, optimal materials handling, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, warehouse management experience, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workspace.

Entry level is accepted must be willing to learn

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, count, scan, and put away incoming products.
• Use RF scanners to verify SKUs, quantities, and warehouse locations.
• Perform pallet math and accurately count products on mixed pallets.
• Operate reach trucks to move and put away inventory.
• Operate order pickers to pick products from elevated rack locations.
• Safely work at heights and follow all equipment safety procedures.
• Replenish inventory based on cycle counts and inventory needs.
• Pick, move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Verify product information and maintain accurate inventory.
• Follow warehouse safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
• Basic math skills, including counting and pallet calculations.
• Strong attention to detail when identifying SKUs and product quantities.
• Ability to read and understand product labels, locations, and instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; reach truck or order picker experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights when operating an order picker.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse products throughout the shift.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet the facility's equipment and weight requirements, including a maximum weight of 315 lbs. for order picker operators.
