Warehouse Manager

oles & Responsibilities – Depot Operations

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, products, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
• Perform loading, unloading, sorting, labeling, and movement of materials.
• Prepare orders and materials for shipment, delivery, or distribution.
• Verify quantities, product information, and shipment documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe depot/warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding deliveries and pickups.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update records accordingly.
• Ensure materials are stored in the appropriate locations and handled properly.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors.
• Follow company procedures for safety, security, inventory control, and material handling.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and moving materials within the depot.
• Maintain daily logs, inventory reports, delivery records, and other operational documentation.
• Support general depot operations and other duties as assigned by management.
