Dishwasher

The Dishwasher supports a restaurant kitchen by maintaining a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils throughout service. Reporting to the kitchen manager, this role performs continuous dishwashing during service, dedicated sanitation shifts, kitchen cleanup, and equipment care while supporting an organized, sanitary, and efficient team environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils continuously during service.
• Follow sanitation procedures during dedicated sanitation shifts.
• Clean kitchen areas and equipment.
• Dispose of waste according to kitchen procedures.
• Keep the workstation organized and sanitary.
• Provide general support to the kitchen team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in commercial kitchen operations.
