NOW HIRING: CNC LASER OPERATORS

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hr

2nd Shift – 2 Openings

3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Monday – Thursday
⏰ Must be open to overtime and Fridays

Weekend Shift – 2 Openings

4:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday – Sunday
⭐ Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours!
⏰ Must be open to overtime on Thursday or Monday

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating laser equipment
• Experience operating TruLaser (Fiber/CO2) machines preferred
• Experience with laser or plasma machines
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and routers
• Basic math skills
• Ability to plan operation sequences and maintain precision
• Ability to adjust the laser beam focal point and machine setup
• Strong attention to detail and ability to continuously monitor machines
• Reliable and willing to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser machines to accurately cut metal parts
• Review blueprints and job specifications before production
• Set up and adjust laser equipment as needed
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Complete assignments accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
