Human Resources Generalist

CONTRACT: HR Generalist (10991)

Our client, located in downtown Dallas, is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team on a contract basis for the next 3 months. 

Keys: 

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
• Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to anticipate needs, learn quickly, and adapt to new responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency with HR systems, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Nonprofit experience is a plus
