Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
Location: Holland, OH
Pay: $41.34/hr (1st shift) | $42.59/hr (3rd shift)

About the Role
We're hiring experienced Multi Craft Maintenance Technicians for a high volume manufacturing plant in Holland, OH. You'll keep production running by troubleshooting and repairing machinery, conveyors, and robotics across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Mon to Fri
• 3rd shift: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sun to Thu
• Both shifts include every other weekend
• All new hires train on 1st shift for a minimum of 2 weeks

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, conveyors, and robotics
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work on 120/208/480 VAC circuits and motor controls, including VFDs and soft starts
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Read schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders
• Set up and operate machine shop equipment as needed
• Follow LOTO and PPE requirements at all times

What You Need

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands on experience with 480V electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PM
• Working knowledge of motor control circuits, including VFDs and soft starts
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Availability for your assigned shift, every other weekend, and overtime as needed

Preferred

• PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic
• Robotics troubleshooting and repair
• Machine shop experience (lathe, mill, drill press, grinder)
• Experience in heavy or high volume manufacturing
