Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Du-West Services is looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to coordinate customers, schedules, and field technicians in a fast-paced service operation.

This is a high-volume position with a lot of moving parts. You must be comfortable handling frequent phone calls, changing schedules, customer concerns, and multiple priorities at the same time.

Prior customer service and phone experience is required. Dispatch or scheduling experience is strongly preferred. Training on our systems and processes will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Schedule estimates and service calls.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate changes with field technicians.
• Handle customer calls professionally and resolve concerns when possible.
• Prioritize calls based on customer and operational needs.
• Keep customers informed of delays and schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate customer and service information.
• Coordinate technician on-call schedules and weekend/after-hours procedures.
• Work with team members and leadership to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Professional phone experience required.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Comfortable making decisions and adjusting quickly as priorities change.
• Dependable and able to work the 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule with some weekend responsibility.
• Dispatching, scheduling, call-center, or service-industry experience preferred.
