LINK Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates for warehouse roles in Southwest Houston. These positions pay $15.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on experience and position.

We are looking for dependable warehouse candidates with experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or other warehouse equipment. These roles may also include inventory, order picking, shipping, receiving, staging, labeling, and general warehouse support.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, or other warehouse equipment as assigned
• Pick, pull, stage, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload materials, pallets, boxes, or freight as needed
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock location updates
• Verify item numbers, quantities, labels, and order accuracy
• Support shipping, receiving, packing, and staging areas
• Use scanners, paperwork, or basic warehouse systems to track product movement
• Keep aisles, work areas, and equipment areas clean and safe
• Follow warehouse safety rules and equipment operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, or equipment operating experience preferred
• Inventory, shipping, receiving, order picking, or staging experience is a plus
• Able to lift, move, push, or pull materials as required by the position
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working in a warehouse environment
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail when checking orders, labels, quantities, and locations
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Safety-focused and comfortable working around warehouse equipment
