We strive to create a home that feels like family. Arbor Haven in Battle Creek, MI (soon to be licensed) family home and Butterfly Oasis licensed small group home serving the aged, physically handicapped and TBI community building a dedicated, compassionate team that is highly motivated, can handle sensitive and confidential information, and can juggle many tasks at once. 2 homes in a residential setting that can both care for up to 6 people.

We offer affordable health insurance after 90 days, PTO, and a Simple IRA Plan with a 3% match.

Pay starts from $16 per hour depending on experience, with the potential for performance evaluation increases withing the first 90 days. Let's do some real good, together.
