General Warehouse Associate

Position Overview
FOCUS Workforce Management is hiring Warehouse Associates to support operations at the URBN Distribution Center. Warehouse Associates are responsible for accurately and efficiently handling merchandise throughout the facility while following all safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and process merchandise according to department requirements.
• Receive, organize, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment as assigned.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting department productivity expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and facility guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with cross-training and work in different departments based on business needs.
• Follow supervisor instructions and communicate any issues affecting productivity or safety.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required by the assigned department.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule Options

1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Sunday – Wednesday
• Wednesday – Saturday
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• Monday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Friday

2nd Shift – 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

• Monday – Thursday
