Political Canvasser - Riverside County

Responsibilities:
• Voter contact, by canvassing using specific language and messaging designed by the campaign to improve turnout
• Data entry while canvassing
• Meeting daily canvassing goals.
• Canvassing during afternoon and evening hours, along with weekends – up to total of 30 hours a week

Qualifications:
• Self-starting and energetic personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in politics and increasing voter participation
• Ability to commit up to 30 hours a week, primarily during afternoon and evening hours for canvassing
• Ability to quickly learn campaign technology
• Canvassing experience preferred, but not required
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Reliable transportation a must

Training:
Canvassers will receive in-depth training from some of the top political and organizing leaders in California.
