Join a leading Boone County, Indiana organization providing product fulfillment and eCommerce solutions. This is an opportunity to lead a transportation-focused team and oversee the timely, accurate movement of outbound shipments in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a team of up to 15 associates, providing daily leadership, training, and performance guidance.
Oversee outbound transportation activities, including carrier coordination, freight tendering, ASNs, BOLs, shipment documentation, and delivery deadlines.
Maintain department SOPs, improve processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to resolve operational issues.
Promote safety, accuracy, and accountability while maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency with Excel, email, and computer-based systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Previous experience supervising a traffic, transportation, logistics, or shipping team.
Experience with carrier coordination, freight documentation, or distribution center operations.
