Job Title: STEM & Coding Instructor (Code Sensei)

Job Summary:
Are you passionate about technology and eager to inspire the next generation of innovators? We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and tech-savvy STEM & Coding Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will guide young learners—our "Ninjas"—through an exciting, martial-arts-themed coding curriculum. You will also play a key role in delivering high-energy community events, summer camps, and birthday parties, while supporting our team in growing our summer program enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire & Educate: Teach foundational to advanced coding concepts to students aged 7 to 14, guiding them as they progress from white belt to purple belt mastery.
• Lead Dynamic Programs: Assist in organizing and instructing specialized STEM curriculums, computer literacy workshops, summer camps, birthday parties, and custom events (such as Girl Scout badge workshops).
• Drive Growth: Support local marketing and promotional efforts to drive future sales, lead conversions, and registrations for summer camps and seasonal events.
• Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Ensure the student workspace and lobby remain clean, organized, and safe for families by performing light daily upkeep (vacuuming, tidying up, and trash removal).
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Passion for Mentorship: Proven experience working with children aged 7–14 (e.g., tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, or teaching) is highly preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic coding concepts, game development, or general STEM curriculum (or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly).
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage enthusiastically with both kids and parents.
• Team Player: Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking on diverse tasks—from teaching and pitching camp packages to keeping the facility tidy.
