What We’re Looking For in a Restaurant Manager and Kitchen Manager:

·        Experience: At least 3 years of current hands-on experience in a full-service restaurant environment.

·        Passion for perfect food and service: A commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience with a focus on great food and service

·        Team Development: Ability to lead and develop a strong team

·        Sales building and cost controls: Track record of meeting or exceeding goals

·        Lead and inspire: Manage all teams and work seamlessly with both service and kitchen staff
