We have partnered with a veteran-owned company and nationwide leader in hydraulic and industrial hose service that is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Mobile Service Technician.

Hydraulic hose experience is preferred, but NOT required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll operate a fully equipped company service vehicle and travel directly to customer locations to diagnose problems and provide on-site hydraulic and industrial hose service.

Responsibilities include:

• Repair, replace, install, and assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic problems and determine the appropriate repair
• Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications
• Respond to customer service calls and help minimize costly equipment downtime
• Service customers in construction, manufacturing, equipment rental, industrial, and related industries
• Maintain and organize your company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory
• Provide professional, dependable customer service
• Build relationships with customers and identify additional service needs
• Participate in a rotating on-call/emergency service schedule with additional incentive pay
• Work independently and efficiently while managing daily service calls

What We're Looking For

Previous hydraulic or industrial hose experience is NOT required. We will train the right mechanically inclined candidate.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Hydraulic or industrial hose experience OR a strong mechanical aptitude
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in automotive repair, machinery, heavy equipment, construction equipment, or other mechanical systems
• Ability and willingness to learn hydraulic systems and hose fabrication
• A "figure-it-out" approach to mechanical problems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Dependability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment
