Job Description
Location: Northeast Philadelphia
Position Type: Temporary
JQ Staffing Services is hiring a temporary Kitchen Aide to help with daily meal service at a school in Northeast Philadelphia. No cooking is required. We’re looking for someone dependable who can help keep the kitchen and serving areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Help set up and serve meals to students
- Restock food, supplies, and serving areas as needed
- Wash dishes, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Wipe down tables, counters, and other surfaces
- Remove trash and clean the kitchen after meal service
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a school environment
- Able to stand and move throughout the shift
- Willing to help wherever needed during meal service
- Previous kitchen, cafeteria, or food service experience is a plus
