Assembly Line-Packers

We are seeking diligent Assembly Line-Packers to join our production team in Westlake, Ohio. This role involves working in an indoor factory setting, focusing on capping tubes and bottles, primarily skin care products. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs, contributing to efficient and quality product assembly and packing.

Weekly pay is $18.00 per hour, with a consistent schedule from Monday to Thursday. (some Fridays as needed)

Responsibilities

• Cap tubes and bottles as part of the assembly process
• Pack products securely for shipping
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Stand for long periods during shift hours
• Lift items up to 25 lbs safely
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of assembly line or packing experience
• Basic literacy in English for effective communication
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting tasks
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Strong time management skills
