Restaurant General Manager - Upscale American Menu

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join a growing Restaurant company in the Orlando market area. Candidates must have 3-5 years of General Manager experience leading a team of 60-80 employees successfully. The ideal candidate will lead from the front and demonstrate an overwhelming skill with Hospitality and be able to coach at every level from the Host station, dining room, bar and the kitchen team. He will lead a team of three Culinary professionals and four FOH Managers. 100% Confidential!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day FOH and BOH operations
• Oversight on supplies, bar, food and kitchenware orders
• Ensures products match our quality standards
• Assist in the development of service and food quality standards
• Standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for FOH
• Work with management team to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general management of restaurants
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems and how to coach managers
• Passion for food, service and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
