Manufacturing Production Supervisor

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor will oversee a team of 10-25 members, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes that include TIG and Flux welding, machining, and other multiple processes. The supervisor will play a key role in guiding team performance, enhancing process quality, and maintaining compliance with safety standards within a dynamic production environment.

2 shifts available 5am-5pm/5pm-5am

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a production team of up to 25 members to ensure effective operations
• Implement and promote continuous process improvements to enhance productivity
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations across all production activities
• Oversee welding operations including TIG and Flux welding techniques

Preferred Qualifications

MUST HAVE WELDING EXP OR FAB EXP!

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
