Warehouse Picker/Packer

Position Summary

Performs logistics and order fulfillment duties with a high level of efficiency and accuracy. Assigned to specific roles and responsibilities within the order fulfillment process. Consistently meets or exceeds established safety, productivity, and quality standards across multiple key functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Monitor automated order processing and assign orders for shipment.
• Reset equipment when automated processes fail.
• Create and manage service tickets within warehouse systems.
• Ship orders using warehouse management and carrier systems.
• Process international shipments in accordance with applicable export requirements.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
• Pack orders using appropriate void-fill materials and required labeling.
• Adhere to established safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Support general warehouse operations as assigned.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly kneel and squat.
• Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• 1–2 years of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
