Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for on-site partnership operations in Tulsa.
- Pick up food orders from assigned merchants and transport them to the drone delivery site using a personal vehicle.
- Provide weekly reports on operational activities, including expansions, process changes, and other relevant updates.
- Receive supplies on-site and coordinate appropriate storage or handoff.
- Print and distribute marketing and promotional materials for local use.
- Occasionally accompany runners to merchant locations to observe workflows and identify potential process improvements.
- Place test orders through the delivery application and document glitches, changes, or unusual ordering activity.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced test environment.
- Identify operational issues and provide clear feedback to help improve processes and technology.
- Follow all applicable safety protocols and site procedures.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to keep operations on schedule.
- Adapt to changing procedures and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to maintain reliable and consistent operations.
- Communicate observations and operational feedback to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with merchants, teammates, and community members.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
