Operating primarily within maintenance facilities and manufacturing plants, this role involves thorough inspection, detailed reporting, and adherence to welding codes and standards without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welding inspections across all welding types
• Verify compliance with welding codes and standards
• Prepare detailed inspection and testing documentation
• Collaborate with maintenance and manufacturing teams to address welding quality issues
• Ensure accurate blueprint reading to guide inspections

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in welding inspection
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
• Knowledge of welding codes and standards
• Proficient in blueprint reading and inspection reporting
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
