Sales and Customer Account Representative

Outgoing, motivated, and good with people? Apex Collective is looking for a Sales & Customer Account Representative to join our Albuquerque team. If you enjoy meeting new people, working toward goals, and learning new skills, this could be a great place to start.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid initial training, hands-on experience, and ongoing coachingto help you learn the role.

This is an in-person B2B sales position working face-to-face with local small and medium-sized businesses.

What You'll Do

• Meet with local business owners and decision-makers
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Pay & Training

• Paid initial training
• 100% commission-based compensation after training
• First-year sales representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week based on individual sales performance
• Uncapped commission potential
