Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

The Construction Superintendent/Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. This position manages a small team on-site to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is experienced in construction management and comfortable with frequent travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction projects
• Oversee daily construction site operations
• Manage a small team of 1-5 members
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and address issues promptly
• Facilitate frequent travel to various project sites
