What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Honda vehicles using factory diagnostic software and schematics
• Perform maintenance, brake, suspension, electrical, and drivability repairs
• Complete and document multi-point inspections
• Explain repair needs clearly to service advisors
• Keep a clean, safe work area and follow dealership safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Dealership or general automotive repair experience preferred; Honda experience a plus
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• ASE or state certification a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
• A commitment to quality work and safe repairs

Pay:

• Flat rate: $30 to $45+ per flagged hour, based on experience and certifications
• Hourly: starting at $22/hour
• Production bonus of up to $4 per flagged hour, paid on ALL hours you flag, not just the extra ones. Flat-rate bonus starts at 40 flagged hours; hourly bonus starts at 30.

Work Location: In person, Fischer Honda service department
