Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate mold and pour operations on assigned shift
• Ensure quality products, efficient material flow, and proper machine and equipment operation
• Select, train, coach, and counsel employees to maintain safe and efficient work performance
• Organize and assign work duties while monitoring employee performance and productivity
• Investigate and resolve equipment issues, quality concerns, and production delays
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong leadership, communication, and employee coaching skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment, quality, and production issues effectively
• Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
