Insurance and Financial Services Position-State Farm Agent Team Member

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic and goal-oriented person to join our growing insurance agency. This position is primarily focused on outbound sales, helping prospective and existing customers find the right insurance coverage while building long-term relationships

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, motivated by goals and incentives, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Insurance experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make consistent outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and generate new business

-Quote and sell auto, homeowners, renters, life, health and other insurance products

-Follow up with leads, quotes, referrals, and previous prospects in a timely manner

-Ask effective questions to uncover customer needs and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products

-Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed insurance decisions

What We're Looking For:

-Licensed insurance producer preferred; willing to obtain required licenses for the right candidate

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Comfortable making frequent outbound phone calls

-Confident asking for the sale and overcoming objections

-Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
