Heritage Knife Shop is a luxury knife shop specializing in culinary, EDC, collectible, and specialty knives. We’re looking for a personable, knowledgeable team member who genuinely loves knives and enjoys helping people find the right blade.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the face of Heritage Knife Shop—helping customers explore our collection, understand what makes each knife special, and find something they’ll be excited to own.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service
• Recommend knives based on needs, interests, and budget
• Learn our products, brands, steels, blade types, and sharpening
• Demonstrate knives and explain their features and value
• Operate POS/computer systems and process sales
• Maintain displays and keep the shop looking polished
• Help with inventory and product organization
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Help with product presentations and content when needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A genuine love of knives is a must.

You don’t need to know everything—but you should have basic knife knowledge and be excited to keep learning.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about knives and blades
• Knowledgeable about basic steels, sharpening, and blade types
• Personable and confident talking with customers
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with basic computers/POS systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Bonus: Retail or sales experience, knowledge of premium/Japanese/European knives, sharpening experience, inventory experience, or a personal knife collection.
