Fast pace growing pastry company in Benson, NC is looking for a full time Packaging Specialist. Packaging Specialists are responsible for pulling finished pastry product, packaging and labeling the product as well as packaging into cases ready for shipping. Others duties include cleaning equipment and work space and other duties as assigned. Potential for future cross training if interested in baking, decorating, and learning other aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate is someone who performs best in a fast pace work environment, works well with others, pays close attention to details, is a fast learner, and can multitask. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and be comfortable operating a computer to print labels. Willing to train the right candidates and opportunity to grow as the company grows. We are a fast growth company. Hours will start around 32 to 40 hours per week with some occasional overtime.
