Supply Chain Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
• Define project goals, scope, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain alignment and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates on progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and implement supply chain best practices.
• Help drive strategic initiatives and change across a complex, cross-functional organization.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, manage change, and drive projects in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to different audiences.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex supply chain challenges.
• A continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, process optimization, and business results.
