Warehouse Packer

Responsibilities:

• Accurate picking and packing food items based on order specifications
• Ensure all items are properly picked and packed according to company procedures
• Carefully review ticket notes to ensure order accuracy and adhere to order request and directions
• Perform quality control checks to verify items are as ordered, undamaged and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Detail oriented
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks is desirable
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing orders
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving packages
• Excellent organizational skills to manage packaging schedules efficiently
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
