Now Hiring: Experienced Veterinary Technician/Assistant

Our busy small animal veterinary practice is looking for a experienced, compassionate, and dependable Veterinary Technician/Assistant to join our team. We provide high quality medical and surgical care for our patients and are seeking someone who enjoys a varied workload, works well in a team environment, and is committed to excellent patient and client care.

Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments and surgeries.
• Safely handle and restrain companion animal.
• Monitor anesthesia and post operative care.
• Prepare and maintain surgical, treatment and examination areas.
• Collect laboratory samples and preform in house diagnostic testing.
• Administer medications and vaccinations as directed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate professionally with clients.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for caring for animals. We are seeking someone with experience. This individual must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to variety of cases we would love to here from you.
